Turbo help for my 91 civic dx

i just got a hold of a 91 civic with a d15b2 and im thinking about swapping a d16 into it to get some more horsepower but i want to turbo it as well what would be a good turbo for me to put in it without spending alot im wanting to get something for less than 800? let me know of any suggestions thanks for any help. or should i try and put a b20a5 into it? i would still like a good turbo though
