what the f**k those bumper tie things are called. the ones that you mound a piece on your fender and a piece on your bumper and have a rubberbandish thing that holds them together??

kinda...i see somthing on there that COULD work. i've seen em on a couple cars on this site and honda-tech but cant search for em cause i have no f**kin clue what they are called...haha
yeah i hit up google with rubber bumper mounts and ties, but didnt get anything really.
can you describe it better? is it an adhesive, or does it actually mount in some way to the fender and bumper?
I thought they were called quick-disconnects but that term is used for batteries as well
