The worst part about it really is the craftsmanship. Other than that, go back to the regular black handles....and the regular arm rest. The shifter trim wouldnt look THAT bad painted white, but the armrest is just overkill. If you want to keep the blue fabric......dont do it for the armrest cushion, or those buttons on the armrest. Dont do it for the e-brake.....and go with a darker blue.

Im not criticizing your creativeness, its just how it turned out was not good.

Second, JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Market. Its not a "term", its where the parts are produced.
Third, you said you dont like stock, dont like rice, and dont like JDM......so what the f**k does your car look like?

What does when I joined have to do with you thinking that you can tell someone what and how to think or what they can or can't like? When I joined has nothing to do with anything other than a time frame. Because you have been here longer makes you better? Because you have been here longer makes you more knowledgeable? Funny how your thinking works. Don't worry about who I am. Sorry if I am coming off harsh but I just can't stand guys like you that think they are king and seem to get the feeling that they can tell others what they should like or do. That and your comment about how long I have been here being some how relevant to my knowledge of things just adds to my case.

I know what the term JDM is supposed to mean. Are you going to sit there and tell me that it hasn't become a fad? That it hasn't become a word or term that people throw around now that somehow makes them cool in their mind? So you are telling me that ALL these parts that people put JDM in front of actually are JDM parts? JDM gets thrown around so much most people don't even know what it is anymore.

If I want opinions on my car I will post pics of it. My car is what I make it. It is none of them.

If you need clarification. I don't like the complete stock look so I added parts to it. Thus not stock. I don't like rice, so I stay away from that. I can't stand the term JDM as it is thrown around so you won't see me use it pertaining to my car. I didn't say that I don't like JDM in it's true meaning. It is inevitable to get away from true JDM parts when dealing with these cars. What I won't do is throw the term around pertaining to the fad that it has become.

Just to be clear, you are saying that my civic can't be anything other than one of the three (stock, rice, or JDM)? Interesting.

He posted up his work, which means he wants to see what people think.. everyone on here is going to give their honest opinion and thats what has happend. I do feel a little bad for the guy because he is getting flamed like crazy.. he asked for it..

i decided to do some interior of my car. it turned out REALLY nice. only about half way done, i still have the dash and back half the car to do. but here is what i have so far. tell me what you think (its a white 97 ex coupe)
