please keep this car looking clean and rolling hard for years to come

this is simple, practical, clean quality work at it's best.

wheels don't rub too much, only sometimes in the rear cause it's not rolled; otherwise it rides just fine.

for my intercooler tubes i used 16 gauge mild steel u-bends.
for my exhaust i used 16 gauge mild steel u-bends and 14 gauge mild steel for my 5ft mid section.
used a miller wire feed welder to do all my welding work.

the entire car and engine bay is still oem vsm paint. when i bought the car back in 2003 it was already clean from the dealership. i just kept it clean and took everything out and tucked it all. washin and cleanin it 24/7 cause i hate it bein all dirty. hopefully next year i'll do a whole new paint job inside and out.

my small t25 makes decent power and feels strong, but of course i want to see if i can push a lil more with it. trying to find an upgraded wastegate actuator so i won't have to go the manual boost controller way.

i've put a lot of time and money into this car so i don't have any plans of letting it go soon. i wouldn't get anything out of it anyways if i sold it. plus i think it's different from most civics i've seen, since i did my own work on practically the whole car. (isn't the best of course)

not many people think/recognize my stuff is even all that good; but it's all good, each to their own. I've built my car the way i liked it to be and to also have an overall well performaning engine, suspension, looks, longivity, durability, but yet be a simple and clean car that has parts that make sense and go together well. so far so good imo. =)

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR COMMENTS!!! MUCH APPRICIATED!!!

wow great job. too bad i just now saw this thread . we've got the same muffler! yay!

my only concern is why you went with a log manifold?? if you eliminated A/C anyway you should have done a ramanifold (yeah i just invented a new word ), but seriously why the log?

are those dyno numbers before or after you did the whole exhaust? i tuned with open downpipe then assembled my exhaust so i think my whp would be closer to yours now ;)

the 260whp on 9psi is with everything the way it is; engine, intercooler pipes, exhaust, etc. all tuned on my Hondata s300.

i went with the log manifold cause it's already proven to be good and i wanted to try it out cuz for sure it will work nice with my T25 for the street use. i'll probably either do a new equal length manifold later or else just go up to a GT28 next if I can max out my T25. i'm trying to find an upgraded wastegate actuator so i can boost at least 14.7psi. for sure my engine can hold up to that much, but i'll see about my T25. My cousin's jdm sr20 is running fine with 14 psi, but that's a whole different engine/setup of course.

let me know how yours turns out to be with your setup.

thanks for all the comments people!

i'll update you guys more once i get more stuff done. my other brand new oem bumper should be finished painted next week. been lagging on painting it for about a year now!! haha. it's just a new oem bumper but i shaved off the two front plate holes and filled it with epoxy and also kept the front oem grill this time. pics will be up once it's done...

exterior parts...lots that i like and want, but for now it'll just be how it is for now besides my new oem bumper.

it's still on my car right now until my new one is finished...i want the stock grill back to "hide" my front mount a bit more and to have my bumper all smooth looking. =) been taking too long to finish painting it...

congrats on using the log mani...
sometimes proven performance is better than just "lookin good" with a wicked crazy turbo mani...

yea it works great imo, makes good power and it's already proven to work well. it helps my fast spool throughout the whole rpm range so i'm happy. and i was thinkin about longivity and durability wise, it's cast so it won't crack over time. i might not have that couple high-end whp, but it still makes good power from low to high. and if i want to upgrade to the new GT28 it still works perfectly fine. =)

are you willing to let me take your old one off your hands? is it in good condition? whats the reason for getting a new bumper?
