Since you didn't say what recommendations you were looking for (performance, looks, etc.) I'm going to recommend you take care of that car. Regular maintenance is a no-brainer. I happen to love the look of the 6th gen. Civic more than any other.

BTW, I like your rims.

well i was thinking about doing suspension first and maybe later in the future swap a b20 vtec

lol i was cleaning the interior so i but the seats like that and i forgot to but them back to how i drive normally
do you know where can i find the lip and fogs? and what brand of headers?

A lip would complete the front end. I would say a black lip to match the wheels and skirts.. The type r is nice to give it a cleaner look, but I would suggest the mugen lip. It looks more aggressive.

Whichever is painted.

I would say if building or swaping the engine is far away from now work on suspension pieces and then on looks. you'll enjoy your car a bit more.

and paint match the grille too.

Car looks nice man, for surely a good platform to start with. What size are the rims on there? they look pretty damn good though...and like everyone else said...paint that grill....suspension....and a lip would do that front end justice. Wlecome to the site bro
