I really want to put a touchscreen double din in my car, as i prefer them to the sliding out screen ones. Ive looked for kits and everything but ive been unable to find one. The hardest thing is, i only have a single space set out not a double.
Could anyone help me out?

You could swap out the center bezel with the 99-00 civic. But this also means you willl have to swap out your heater core with a 99-00 civic and pull the dash out. GL.

Pulling the whole dash out?? That makes me wonder whether it would actually be worth going though all that just to have a double din lmao

Is there anything else i could do?

Are you sure that works? I dont think it will fit even if he removes the Cup Holders. Have you actually tried it or are you just thinking it might work?

Is the cup holder down by the gear knob, cus i have shelves there lol, and ive already taken them out and looked to see if it would fit and i wouldnt :(

I was looking at buying a Pioneer AVIC-F900BT if i managed to do it, but ive just found out they do a similar version but its much thinner and can be mounted anywhere - Pioneer AVIC-F500BT

I think doing a whole dash change wouldnt really be worth it

you prolly wont want to do this but i saw a guy with a lrg touch screen right in the middle of the console. but he relocated the temp controles to were the cup holders are. dont know how he did it but it was trick! he also had a custom fiberglass suround to fit the air vents and the stereo. at a glance it looked like the stock bezel but it was custom. good luck man

Wow that seems a good idea, do you remember where you see it at all?? Seems better to do that than to take out my whole dash and change everything lol
