Best turbo kit

ive been reading alot and i think i want to buy a turbo kit

i was just wondering which kit would be most realiable, get the most hp ganes, and would last?

please post your opinions.

also i know i would need a turbo timer and gauges...anything else?

yea theres alot of details you gotta work out, the first thing you need to know is your goal, once you know your goal, you can work from there

the best turbo kit is the one you put together yourself. you can do it cheaper than buying a complete kit and you can meet your power goals cheaper than buying a complete kit

Agreed, the best kit is your own kit.

But that is a really good kit if you dont want to make your own. Lots of good parts in it.

start by reading the turbo threads already on here..you could also read some of the project threads..that would give you an idea of what youre looking at, and maybe help you figure out what your goal is.

first thing you need to do is figure out your power goal. and what the car is going to be used for. drag car, auto cross, etc.

I just went through this same process like 2 weeks ago and was told the same thing. If you search around for the type of turbo you want you can usually ask that person you buy from what kind of power they made and where did they get the rest of their parts. I recommend a t3/t4 turbo and piece the rest of it yourself. Parts are not hard to find and if you are patient they come even easier.
