i think thats the bumper thas custom made for 96-98 so it has the foglight wholes like the 99-00 i forgot what is called but they had a post bout it on here some where but thats a 96-98 front you can tell by the head lights

Yep thats a J-Blood front bumper.. made for a 96-98 civic..My '96 front...
'99-'00 grilles are wider than the '96-'98 grilles. They won't fit up against the hood right.
That is a '96-'98 grille. If it were a '99-'00 grille it wouldn't fit correctly.
Also, this is NOT a J-Blood front bumper.
THIS is a J-Blood front bumper. Notice the "lip" difference. The lip is built into the front bumper.
Probably close to someone just wanting a '99-'00 style front bumper on a '96-'98. It's not the first time it's been done.
Then for that car they just added a Fugen lip to it.
