Zune HD is the next iteration of the Zune device family and brings a new level of listening and viewing experiences to the portable media player category.

* The HD-compatible output lets Zune HD customers playback supported HD video files from the device through a premium high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) audiovisual docking station (sold separately) direct to an HD TV in 720p.*
* Zune HD will include a full-screen Internet browser optimized for multitouch functionality.

With your like $20 a month unlimited downloads thing, does that roll into this for 5 million track access all the time?

looks cool, i like the idea of zunes. there are just not enough around to use them to their full potential so i got an ipod touch

the OLED i have to say is very cool as a 10inch OLED sony monitor was the clearest image my eyes have ever seen.

Yeah, they work, and you can play them unlimited times, until you cancel your subscription, but every month you get to keep 10 songs.

Which if you think about it, is better than iTunes. You pay 15 bucks a month, download as many songs as you want, and keep 10 every month. You're paying 1.49 a song to keep, but you also download as many songs as you want until you cancel the service. You aren't really paying for these songs persay, you're paying for the service to download them and listen to them.

bump! bought the dock today... i know how to upload music and all.. but how do i get the album art for the stuff already on the zune?

damn, my black30 doesn't want to update. On Friday i dropped it and it froze, so i let the battery run out. I recharged it and i got an on screen message " Connect your Zune to your PC" so i did, then i got another message "On your PC open the Zune software and restore the Zune device firmware" so i did that. the Zune software then tells me to update, and i fallow through. When the update is about to be complete, im guessing at about90%, it fails. the Zune disconnects from the pc, and never updates.

from the list of things to try, my next thing to try would be to manually instal the firmware package.

has anyone ever had this problem? if so, how did you resolve it.
