Quick question. I'm boosting soon, right now I'm working on my exhaust. I want a quiet exhaust so here's what I'm planing on, but will this cause too much back pressure with a turbo??

2.5 inch piping, 24 inch resonator, magnaflow muffler.

no that wont be too much back pressure if your doing a lower boost setup. its still not going to be that quiet though. my setup is still kinda loud for my taste, though its a lot quieter than typical catbacks

what about vibrant's ultra quiet resonators? any good/ok for a turbo set up

hell you dont need a resonator..i have a straight piped exhaust..no cat..just into a straight through muffler. It probly would be where your at right now as far as loudness.

Nice guys, i have a vibrant exhaust as well and its not loud at all. the turbo cuts out 1/3rd of the noise over N/A and all i get is a mean hum. vibrant ftw!

you guys are crazy. either that or your definition of quiet is anything relative to standing next to a harley. i started with the vibrant TPV (N1 style muffler only, no resonator no cat) and i couldnt stand it. i even bought the silencer to go with it. then i had the muffler cut off and the streetpower installed, which helped a good deal. then i had the bottle resonator installed, and that helped a little. then the magnaflow cat was put on and that helped more than the resonator, but even after all that i think the exhaust is too loud. my aim was for a near stock volume exhaust, which i just dont think is possible with straight through mufflers and resonators.

i have a 2.5" catback with no resonator, cat, or anything lol....just straight pipe and a flex pipe..
