f**k what a week end my 2 year old got bit by a spyder and had a allergic reacetion , my bank account is negative and they f**kin stole my rims!!!!!!

I found the 1st & 2nd season of Perfect Strangers at Target over the weekend, please tell me someone here remembers that show!

^true, most common ive heard is crank walk but I guess thats the point of doing the 1g engine swap (stronger connecting rods). He co-runs an shop in town and certainly knows his dsms. He has a gs-t spyder with an awd swap I'd love a 2-door, awd car in MN winters but I'd be jumping into a car I know nothing about.

If anyone has any input about the turbo dms please contribute

headed down to the touge with two of my friends yesterday in the late afternoon.
we can come to find out that, that whole road we like to call "touge" lol, is being repaved.
oh yea, that's going to be the shiet when its done.

^^lol no not at all, but I've always loved those cars, and turbo+awd+2 doors is very intriguing. And no I wouldn't buy another car, I'd trade my ej8 for it. 6bolt swap means an engine swap from the first generation eclipses (6 bolts on the flywheel vs. 7 bolts on the 2g engines). Basically the 1g engine was better built for boost and wasn't as susceptible to crank walk as the later models.

My buddy used to have an eclipse just like the one in the first ff and he only did bolt ons and car would be fast and he has a automatic tranny

I'm guessing the guy is tired of the car and wants something new to play with.. there are people like us that want to make sure a trade is even and fair. Then there are people like that guy who just want to get rid of a car

^Well I have 3/4 of a turbo setup and a low mileage D16. Aside from a few rattles, my car is in great condition. Im tempted to say that mine is worth more but I don't know, I havent seen this car in person yet. The eclipse looks to be in amazing condition from the pics he sent. Best case scenario he gives me some extra coin for the trade.

E - yeh thats whats happening. He has another project eclipse but doesn't want to finish both of them. I'd be a little skeptical buying an older car from a complete stranger but I know him, and he runs a shop. Its just tough to weigh out +/-
