yea they have been cracking down.

Arcadia recently spent $60,000 on a new portable smog station... they've had the machine setup on Santa Anita near the golf course a couple days in a row now.

I also heard they've been spotted on

Colima/Azusa and El Monte. Be careful out there ppl. California is hurting for money and trying to nail us for it.
