so you happen to have pictures of this setup where it sits under the fogs? im a little sketchy on that just because my car rides on the grownd as is and i dont want to scrape mi intercooler.

From what ive measured. measuring from the side of the fogs to the other side of the fog would be 26inches and the most common intercoolers that ive seen that would possibly fit were 28inches long due to end tanks but! I found this website that has intercoolers small enough to clear our fog issues.

(IE. Part# 2411287 = 24" (Length of Tube) + 11" (Height) + 2.87" (Thickness) = 2411287)

yes you need a intercooler after 5psi....
and what matters is what kind of design the core has....either its a fin and tube.... or.... a bar and plate design...

Hrmm. interesting. I didnt even know that there different types of intercoolers like Bar, Fins , Tubes and plate. Geez. I have a shitload to learn.

cause im planning on just running low boost for a while to see how the other parts of the engine handles then maybe up the boost by 2-3psi
