and yes a house is f**kin expensive...this month alone, i've had to get my A/C fixed ($400), my fence, and yesterday my backyard flooded so i had to find where the pipe broke...turns out the unit for the sprinkler was bad. my backyard looks like a war zone and there's trenches...
