Agreed...I have 18's on the wagon...215/35/18's...haven't heard a single person to me about them looking bad, but then again...they do look much different on a Mazda then a Honda...

Rice is in the eye of the beholder. A ricer is someone who builds their own car to other peoples tastes and opinion. A ricer is someone who tells other people that they have bad taste. Someone who builds a car, just to fit in with the style. Right now, JDM is rice.

Not really, no. Those cars in definition are ghetto racers(american terms), ricers the term "rice" is asian made vehicles. The burner part probably comes from the fact they are loud and have big fart cans on the back that simulates an afterburner? New word, GHETTO BURNER.

okay, i think the definition of ricer just depends on where you are located. where i live, ricer is a car with body kits, neon lights, clear tail lights, aluminum spoilers, and lowest of the low on the race chain.

around here, nobody considers 17" or 18" rims rice, unless they are chrome and match a car with its chrome door handles, tail lights, etc.

maybe you guys consider rice to be any car with rims bigger than 16". but in all honesty. what does it matter, if you have an engine to back it up

um yeah, "ghetto" is completely different. people around here call those corn feed. idk why but it definitely makes a lot more sense than GHETTO BURNER.
oh and dumbasses that do this are also considered ricers =]
