Well I have looked at many different sites and forums but no one has installed a :
96-98 JDM ctr auto climate controle in a 96-00 civic.
It is a RHD climate control into a LHD SI.
So i have seen the mods on: "the mother of all mods on the climate controle"
but this one is for the LHD 2 din CC in a LHD car, so it is a pretty much straight up fit.

look at the pic,, i got all the actuators and compleet underdash wiring
so i am pretty much set to go, but someone has said you still got to be precise to get it straight.

do anyone have any info, or mods on this installation.
any help would be appreciated.

thanks

I'm not sure what you're asking. What is the year and model of the car that this is going in? Are you trying to use the climate control in the pics or a CTR one because what is pictured is not a CTR unit.

yea the one in the pic is the one from a ctr,, it is the automatic climate controle, it comes from a 98 RHD civic,, and i am going to put it into a 96 LHD civic.. both are hatchbacks
THIS A CLOSE UP ON THE PIC

Im not sure about the JDM climate control>> but the 99-00 Climate control you have to take the blower box out and replace it with an electronic blower box

i thought in the swap out from the other climate controle,, (99-00) into a 96-98, you only have to change the blower, with transistor,, and you need a few actuators

i dunno i read about a swap and the dude had to take his dash apart to get the blower box out.. im sure he did it the hard way tho. but that kept me from doing it. i ended getting an acura 1.6 el climate control. Its still cable operated but its diff looking.

the electronic one was probably from a civic ferio 4 dr or a domani something that was more comfy than a ctr

it works :D

Hey guys,
I finally got around and installed the JDM Ferio auto climate control..
i wasn't as hard as it looks..
you just got to have all the parts..:

-the auto climate controle console
-wiring harnes
-2 interior temperature sensor
-1 exterior temperature sensor
-1 AC thermostat original from Ferio Auto climate control
-99-00 climate controle Air/mix actuator
-the two corners from the bezel,,(from the hazard and rear defogger)

you got to use your own hazard and defogger buttons because
the switch in the back are not the same and they will not fit the JDM switches.
you have to carefully refit your buttons into those JDM bezel corners...

after:

It is a snugg fit, it is a little to the right but
not really abvios.. only civic fans MIGHT notice a slight shift.
