How can u convert your rear defroster button into a fuel cut off switch?

run an extension from the fuel pump to the console and swap the wires on the switch

dont think that would work. an engine start button needs 3 stages; off, run, start

I know I can run an extension from the fuel pump wire on the ecu. Question is which wire will turn on and off the pump. Theres 5 wires coming out of the defroster.
