So you made this thread to provve to everyone ebay mirrors will last 2+ years?
We are just telling you, they arent spoon, and they are low quality... You asked... WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT THESE SPOON MIRRORS...
i never said i didnt have my mind set on buying them? i was just asking for opinions on themSeems like you already made up your mind. Why waste everyone's time? I am just telling you what I have seen from experience and I have seen cheap eBay ones fall apart very fast.
I say congrats to your cousin. She got lucky. You buy cheap like that and it doesn't usually last. Congrats on finding the gem in the garbage pile.
And you got them, goodbye.i never said i didnt have my mind set on buying them? i was just asking for opinions on them
Don't need to see them on a car.
I wouldn't expect them to last very long for $40. Plus like said above the view out of them is probably terrible. I try and stay away from the cheap trinket parts. If you are going to do it save the money and do it right, or you will be doing it again very soon because they fall apart.
well then anybody know any good sites 2 get good LEGIT mirrors from?
These assholes from China, Malaysia and Thailand ALL try to make cheap s**t and sell it on eBay, I've tried finding good new/used parts and you definitely come across a lotta s**t that ain't legit...
Like said by NAPA, "get the good stuff!"
thanksI have a set of spoon knock-offs on my car. I wanted the look and bought them from a guy on here used for 20 bucks. for 20 bucks, I like em.
I wish they were power though, but that'll come in due time.
I'd say go for em if you feel like spending the money, and having the chance of crappy mirrors. The vision out of spoon-type mirrors isn't the best unless you tilt the mounting points I've heard. I've done fine with them though.
WTF does this have to do with tech?
