i tried really hard to get into fallout3... and... couldn't.

That's kind of how I was.... well, I think I enjoyed it a little more than you. I played and played continuously waiting for the epic gameplay I was expecting but it never came. I finished the game, but didn't do much more than that with it.

A friend of mine got the new batman game. He said it's too simplistic. It's one of those games where you only use one button to attack.. and you just kind of push the same button over and over again. He said he's already playing it on the hardest difficulty and not finding it to be much of a challenge.

I see they cut the price on all 3 consoles. Now is a great time to get an Xbox now. Its the cheapest current console out there. Now there is no excuse not to get one.

yeah..im trying to find the price cut on the 120gb HDDs my friend just bought his xbox too because they said it wasnt supposed to be cut until mid/late next month..maybe best buy will take it back.

$100 off elite

$50 off Pro (while supplies lasts, they are getting rid of it and only making arcade and elite)

I want an elite and i'll probably upgrade... but solely because I want a black console.
The hd size is inconsequential. Instead of having 10gigs I dont use on my 20 gig, i'll have 110 gigs that I dont use.

that's surprising. on a good day with zero demos, no music, a few videos on my hard drive I could free it up to 8 or 9 gigs...

from microshit. and all i had was saved games and had 1 game installed on the HD (makes less heat) i was left with 2 gigs on my HD oh..and 1 arcade game lol. so i sold my 360 to gamestop. and bought the elite. i was just going to get the 120gb HD but i paid $50 more for a brand new black xbox with the jasper chip. and my power pack was making some weird noises too. the new one is smaller
