Why did I buy an EM1?

Hey guys, I'm pretty pissed tonite. My car has been f***** with a lot recently, and I just bought it..After a week of buying the car and actually taking it out to the billiards..I get keyed...I was so pissed. I was only shooting pool for an hour and I came out looking at my car with hand smudges and scratches on the door, whats wrong with ppl? There are nicer cars out on the lot like the newer SI's and G35's..why not go mess with them? About 2 and a half weeks later which is today, I went to the mall for less than an hour and my car was full of hand smudges..does this happen to you 6th gen si owners a lot? or do i just have plain bad luck? 2/5 times have I parked my car elsewhere besides my neighborhood (which is a safe neighborhood) and stuff like this happens. What do you guys think?

Civics are one of the top stolen vehicles. And its easy to do. I would invest in security, fuel cut-off switch, etc. Just be careful where you go. I never go anywhere where I feel something could possibly happen. But it can happen anywhere...thats just how it is. And yea there are a lot of stupid people out there who have nothing better to do then f**k with peoples s**t just b/c they can't have something nice like an Si. Just be careful.

Best way to avoid a situation is to not put yourself in a situation.. keep in mind if people are messing with it, try to keep it at home and not in view of general public..

Paging alarm with GPS would be a good idea since its a target..

i hate kids getting out of rear doors on saloons and dinting my quarter panel. i always park away from thing i may thin can harm my baby. lol there is jsut some disrespectful ppl out there. sorry about your luck.

lol also i had a run away shopping trolley nearly swipe mine on a mega windy day. i even park away from the entrance when its raining and then u get the ppl your in the car with say err why u park so far away. i tell them shut it or you will be walking home lol.

For some reason? I think its pretty obvious why. Even current owners hate on other civic owners. The simple fact is that some people just don't like the way other people do things to their cars. Since "RICE" came out, the hate on civics and their owners has skyrocketed!

Im pretty strategic on where I park. Far away from anything is usually the best. Just tell the people your with that they need the exercise.

That's the good thing about having shitty paint. Someone keyed my EJ8 the other day, and I was pissed, but not really pissed like I would have been if it had been good looking paint in the first place.

Though it is like 6 inches long

The V8 owners hate the fact we can slam a hundred horse a cylinder and stomp there arrogant asses and have there girl friend looking at tail lights. X2 on the security, im lucky enough to be able to garage my EM1 but i still get worried. hope things get better or you catch the bastard. good luck

My Em1 sits outside the apartment complex "EEK". I have a pretty good alarm system on it though so I don't really have to worry too much...
