intersting thread, I must ask what compression ratio are you running with this new engine. I know you have the pistons but still don't mean you are running the right ratio. All and all though you seem to have a great car and a super wife for putting up with it. Word of advise though small info on the web is always the best info never know who your neighbor might be on here.
lol, thanks. This is still my stock sleeve motor. It has CP 9.7:1 compression pistons with Eagle big bolt rods!!
My sleeved bottom motor will be done b4 the season starts for 2010 (like April) and that motor will be 11:1 compression with hopefully a T3 BorgWarner S366LX Turbo charger and make in the 800whp range.
And trust me , i know all too well about the net and who are your neighbors. This car has already been stolen b4. For that reason among others this car is no longer street driven.
And in other news, i am having ANOTHER GIRL!!. My wife is now 5 months pregnant. Wanted a boy, but i guess as long as it's healthy.(i am doneee tho, i can't imagine a 3rd Girl) So i will quit while i am ahead.
This is my lil girl now..Pray for me!!!
The wife just got me a Go-Pro for my BirthDay which is in 5 days by the way. lol

Well yesterday my wife let me take off work and run off to poke,fondle and play with my car with ZERO fussing or calling me 19071474071493 times!!
Well i made good use of the time and got a tonnn of issues sorted out!
* got the Antilag sorted out (it was due to a bad IAC plug)
*got the boost by gear working. Solonoid was bad and my tuner changed it.
*made a bracket for my hugee HVO2 coil (it was in by a few zippie ties b4)
*cleaned up a few things with the tune
*And made a camera bracket from some old metal siding that was laying around the shop (will post pix later)
All n all it was a GREAT day!! Chris Harris @ Xenocron is the Fing Mannn!!!
Tried to make it out to Englishtown to run wayy too fast without a cage and get the boot. But it rained rightttt when the gates were about to open!!
This just goes to prove that not ever fast car out there has to have 8 cylinders.

Yea. I used to streetrace a lot. But thoes days are over and done with (on my part anyway). Anyone that is willing to run me in the street can run me at the track (I always offer to pay their entry fee)This just goes to prove that not ever fast car out there has to have 8 cylinders.

The car is ready and sitting pretty waiting for this weekend for Fall Nationals/2nd Anual BW OutLaw Shootout!!
Still no cage, so i'll be racing in the heads up 11.50 index class.
^^This will be the Biggest event the Inport world has ever seen if you guys did not know!!
Everybody whos anybody will be there. Last year there was one 8 sec "street" Honda . And this year there have already been proven to have 2!! There are still a ton of cars/teams with tricks up their sleeves. I won't be suprised if we see another two 8 sec passes in these classes.!!

My car ran greattt, but the problem was behind the steering wheel. Lol!
i ran in the 11.50 index and ran 11.1@127mph letting off about 30 feet b4 the trap on 15psi (boost creeped to 16.8psi in 3rd and 4th!!)
But in the first round i cut a redlight sitting on the antilag and e-brake didn't hold and i rolled foward a lil too much.
My car ran greattt, but the problem was behind the steering wheel. Lol!
