Well I finally got the car back on the road, and I drove it to school yesterday morning.. I won't be going home for a couple weeks but when I get home it needs to be wetsanded and buffed, rims put on, and dropped

Took a couple quick pics yesterday before class, and a few last night with my homie Alec

Digging the paint job.. you said thats your dads shop or something? he just does autobody work?

What wheels are you going with? what do you plan on dropping it with?

The garage the work was done in was at my house, he just does body work on our personal cars but he owns a repair shop in our town. The wheels will most likely be gunmetal p1's for now. I have ground control coilovers and tokico blues.. just wish I had the extended top plates :???: it's getting slammed regardless though  I won't be going home until next weekend though, so that's when I'll be doing all of that fun stuff

holy s**t man you certainly wasted no time on this!
paint is killer! did you spray a 2 stage inside and out? bodywork looks great too.
i see you like the p1's in gunmetal also...they seem to be a good wheel and pretty reasonably priced also..
in for more updates

Interior is single stage, exterior is base/clear.. the P1's are kind of temporary, a friend of mine had them on her EM1 and sold the car so I will probably be buying the wheels from her. Just for the fact that the deal is local so it'll be quicker and I can get them on my car well before I have to put it away around thanksgiving.

So next weekend if all goes well I should have my painted spoon rep. mirrors installed, roof and top of duckbill painted, wheels on, lowered a lot more, SiR-S decals, emblems, mud flaps, and fogs installed.. I'm having trouble deciding if i want yellow or clear fogs, anyone want to give me their opinion? I'm leaning towards clear because the car's purple. I can't wait to do a real shoot of my car!

Raced a 4.6 GT today from a 60 roll, when i started to pull on him around 75 or 80 he let out.. guess he didn't want to be embarassed by a honda :what:

Nice build looks good and is going well! I like the color. Different n clean

Just curious tho. I'm about to paint my EJ1 and cant decide whether to:
1) put the stock usdm side moldings back in
2) jdm thin side moldings
OR
3) what you did with yours, the only thing is I'm not sure the best way to fill the tab holes?

I know I should search and what not but while I was commenting on your thread I thought I would ask to see if you or anyone else had a quick answer

Thin moldings are nice, but I didn't really have the option since my car didn't come with side moldings at all :???:

I have so much respect for this build lol. Just don't wreck it after doing all that body work like I did haha. So you plan on leaving the interior striped? Including the door panels?
