the compression test thing should always be portable. its a like a foot long length of air hose connected to a pressure gauge that screws into where the spark plugs go

okay thanks guy. just went and bought a new head gasket from honda and new oil since im gonna have to take the head off. at least this gives me the chance to put on my apr head studs and bolts.

Did you check the spark plugs and wires? Either way if the car is smoking its the headgasket but the wires/plugs are probably bad as well...
