ok i told you guys already that i got a EJ6 hatch, and i am going to make a CTR clone out of it.
If your a hater dont post a reply i dont want to hear about how you think i will never succeed, yes i know it will take alot of time and money, but i have built two eclipses, and a 77 camaro. So i know how much blood, swear, tears, (and mostly money...lol) i will be putting into this car.

No i do not want to buy one, i like making them to the best of my ability.

alot of you all have asked for some pictures and i told you i was on vacation, well im back and i took some pics so here there are.... AGAIN DONT HATE

Here is the front of the car, suck ass paint job, there is orange peel and cracks all over the front

Side view, those are 16'' Motegi's and its lowered, (just not sure if its lowered properly)

Back view, has some kind of exhaust can, im glad it doesnt sound like a fart or bumblebee

Driver side door panal

Steering wheel, tach, and gauge cluster.... I HATE the big ass tach so dont say anything about it, a CTR gauge cluster will be the first thing i buy

Climate Control Bezel, someone decided to steal my CD Player while i was on vacation.

Shifter, Boot, and Console

Passenger Door

It has a clean factory interior

^^who's this guy?
Needs a good stripping and cleaning. Not to shabby. Door panels look great. Looks like they took the time to carefully unplug the cd player, bastards. Oh well. a Gathers would be a nice replacement. Should make this your build thread. Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for this hatch.

Whats up with your gauges? It never came with a tac built in? Looks like an automatic cluster. Got potential, but I see that your one wheel short on the left rear. Get a lip on it next. And clear up those headlights, and get a cheap ABS Si grill. All those can be done pretty cheap. And welcome.

Thank you billy, i was about to say that lol.... and i have the wheel for the left rear, but it went flat so i am getting two tires tomorrow, so that problem will be fixed.

And i will keep this my build thread, good idea.

as for the lip, that is in the very near future but i cant stand that monster tach, so first is a CTR Cluster, then bezel, then CTR Arm rest eliminator, then CTR shift boot and knob, and MOMO CTR Steering wheel, all that will be in the very near future..... all that will run me around $1000, so then i will save money for red recaro seats, red type r carpet, and red type r floormats.... then hopefully will come the CTR Exterior, then i will save for a LONG time to get that sexy B16B

And some other CTR odds and ends along the way.

Thanks guys

Hopefully you'll lower it and get better wheels.

It is lowered, but i believe when i looked at them today, they are eBay coilovers, so i plan on getting skunk2 coilovers. and i am doing a 5 lug conversion with the white CTR wheels.

Any other suggestions on the proper way to lower my car, besides skunk2 full coilovers. I have planned to get skunk2 lower arm bar, lower control arms, and front and rear camber kit.

the only things that affects the height of the car are the coilovers. proper way is just coils. lca are mostly a bling factor unless your stock ones are fuxored. looks like your roads are gonna be making your ride real shitty with coilovers.

and get a cheap ABS Si grill.
don't get one of these. i have one, and it fits terribly because it doesnt come with an entire bezel. just spend the money and buy a stock Si grill from honda or one of those honda OEM dealers online. the Si and CTR are the same by the way.

dirt/gravel roads aint too friendly with low cars. driving on uneven roads with stock suspension sucks already, then the suck multiplies with coils that are stiff and low.
