What do you consider the end of the tie bar? The piece that mounts to the sub frame?

i believe the beaks bar has a 90 degree piece of metal attached to the bar and uses the upper portion to bolt to the subframe

How hard is the installation of a rear lower tie bar on a 2004 sedan, do I have to jack the car up and realign that bolt when I install it? I did a rear strut bar today, already got a front one, just got the tie rod to do..

there's nothing to align when you put in a lower tie bar. remove the inner control arm bolt and replace it going through the lower tie bar first.
