Should i trade?

So i have a 03 tiburon gt v6 6spd, it has dc exhaust, jvt racing headers, and aem intake. As well as exedy flywheel and stage 2 clutch. And oz racing rims with brand new neo-gens. starts running on 4 cylinders on cold days until you stop, shut it off, and re-start it.

Heres the trade =]

An eg coupe, ls/vtec with only 8k miles on rebuild, stage 2 act clutch, full "sleeper" exhaust, k&n intake, dc header, wire tuck, rota slips with brand new potenza run-flats, full leather interior, and nock-off amber signals, and lowered on g2's. NO PROBLEMS besides 2 backwards dents in the hood from the manifold when it used to be boosted before the rebuild, and sometimes vtec goes out cuz of loose connectors on the ecu. Its got newer black paint.
EDIT: did i mention no bondo? clean kentucky body =]

Uhhh....

I'd test drive it first. Do a compression / leak down test. Look over the car. Get under it. Check it out. Other than the ECU problem which sounds like an easy fix, it seems like a good trade on your end.

Engine problem > ECU problem.

I'd test drive it first. Do a compression / leak down test. Look over the car. Get under it. Check it out. Other than the ECU problem which sounds like an easy fix, it seems like a good trade on your end.

Engine problem > ECU problem.

The tibby misfire, idk either. replaced the coil packs with no results... soooooo injectors? idk.

I know the eg runs like a charm and ive seen the rebuild reciepts, the only worry i have is there was a little smoke at HIGH rpm in vtec....

Funny you should mention the tranny... I got it with a grind in 3rd, then 3rd went out, then other gears started grinding. So i got it rebuilt with a 90 day warranty, a month later... 3rd gear grinds lol.

ANYWAY. More was added to the trade...
He's throwing in a GSR dash, the stock seats (has gsr seats), Stock springs, 2000 si tails, 98 teg tails, eg clear corners, ef clear corners, megan b-series 4-2-1 header, NEW blizzak snow tires on 15" steelies, a garmin gps, plus i get to keep my system... At this point im thinkin whats the catch, but tonight im gonna have my buddy whos an ASE certified mechanic and who built and owns a 600whp silvia check the civic out and let me know what he thinks. So... any thoughts?
