T25 Turbo with HF mani

Okay hello everyone.. I'm new to the forum (the old forum I was on is worthless). So, enough with the formalities, I have some questions about my current turbo build. I've had nitrous on my JDM D15B for a while, but its starting to get expensive with bottle fill ups, so I've decided to go turbo. I have a Garrett T25 nissan style turbo, with most supporting parts. My questions are: Is using the HF manifold with an adapter a pretty good setup? And can I disregard the water cooling lines for the turbo, and just plug the ports (I really dont want to tap into my radiator lines and make a mess out of my engine bay)?
Thanks,
Eric

P.S./Edit: I have a dsm sidemount intercooler, and I'm a cheap bastard, so I'm thinking of using it instead of buying a frontmount. Retarded or not?(dsm's use a very similar turbo and run about 11psi, so I'd think that it would work until I coughed up the money for a frontmount, at least in theory ;) )

the log mani you have will be fine with your 1500cc engine.. the t25 is a good turbo for a small engine.. Your not going to pull big numbers tho.. but it will a fun car to drive..

Yea its ll3o0sTeD or something like that..

You could just plug up the water cooling holes, but they do sell some nice adaptors that you can make them work with your coolant lines and keep it clean still. I forget the company that makes them... they're usually blue and red anodized though.

You're probably going to have to PM him and find out. I remember I was going to buy some lines from him once, but then I picked up a turbo that was OIL ONLY so no need ;P

Yea Subaru's got it figured out since their turbos are already oil and water cooled. Hondas are different... Tap this, tap that ;P

Simply put, because Honda's aren't common to have the option of turbo from the factory except for the few mentioned above. In some of the Honda blocks though, they have oil galleys that can be tapped like seen in the link provided earier.

Thats the coolant drain hole. On the B-Series blocks, thats where its located. On D-Series, they're located on the backside of the block, under the intake manifold (pain in the ass to get to, unless the intake manifold is taken off). Its used to completely drain the coolant out of the block when flushing the system (or removing the motor for w/e reason).
