I just got my ls turbo hatch the other day and I went to put iridium spark plugs in it today.. And all of a sudden no spark. I have a clear distributor cap so I had someone try to start it while I looked.... Nothing? I put the old plugs back in just thinking maybe by the skin of my teeth it would work. But still nothing. I checked all the wires going to the coil in the distributo and 2 that go to the coil have power. I kno its gettin fuel cuz I can smell it like crazy. I just want some opinions?

iridium plugs in a boosted motor is not a good idea.

check dizzy connections and pull the cap off and check for power to the coil

There is power to the coil... I stated it above I think... I took the cap off and both wires hooked to the coil have sufficient power... But when the rotor spins.. And hits the little metal things no sparkkk??????
check dizzy connections and pull the cap off and check for power to the coil

try and check to see if the ecu fuse just happen to blow. It happen to me before, thought i would be stranded at some autox track. It turned, but no spark. So check and see if it is

Also verify the lack of spark at the plugs. Do you hear the fuel pump prime for 2 seconds when the key is turned to ON(II)? Any CEL codes?

If all above is fine, resistance test the coil and have the igniter unit tested at an auto parts store.

at first read i thought you meant a ticking in your head - i was thinking Tylenol :what:

if it floated a valve it could have made contact with the piston and bent the valve. you need to pull the valve cover off and inspect everything thoroughly

*edit*
tar and feather whoever was driving (or parked revving) your car

All of first ,Took all four spark plugs out and heated the tips on a stove to get rid of all the carbon that must have been shorting out the plugs. Then put the hot plugs back in and bingo, it started right up.
