Rear lip would hella set it off. Maybe a nice red or gold tow hook. I think a dual exhaust outlet would look nicer, but that's just me. Nice fo-do tho doo
EDIT: Smoke the tails a bit too, or add an oem 4d spoiler? And I think I like the visor on the car..

i also had a type R style rear lip before. it did not flow with the SiR lip, that's why i took it off.
OEM 4 door spoiler on a CF trunk? hmm. idk about that. maybe a tow hook though.
i'd say a rear lip, rear fog light, tow hook, cf mugen style spoiler, rear roof spoiler, drift charm? soo many options for you son.
Just leave it that way, nice and clean. Although a matte black painted rear lip would complete the look.
what kind of rear lip? cuz like i mentioned, the type R style does not match my SiR lip on the front of my car. and its like impossible to find that OEM SiR rear lip.
the rear fog probably wont match my tail lights either cuz they're crystal looking.

i'll just consider a tow hook or try getting my hands on a 99-00 rear bumper at least.

problem is that no one wants to buy my trunk. might as well keep it on i guess. no one else has it here either.

If you want to keep all the parts currently on it, I'd get another window visor at least. The carbon fiber trunk takes a lot of attention and makes the rest of the rear look empty imo.
There are two OEM sedan spoilers in the US at least btw. The '96-'98 (with a little "leg" in the middle) and the '99-'00 (which looks like a pointier '96-'98 coupe spoiler). Then there's also the SiR type spoilers for overseas sedans, Mugen style spoilers (which I think would look bad on this car), lip spoilers, etc.
With an SiR front lip I think no other rear lip really matches. So if you put a rear lip on you're going to want to change the front lip unless you want the rear top look heavier.
The '99-'00 rear bumper might work, but I think it will look too sharp compared to the stock shaped trunk and inner taillights.
The rear end currently has a very round look to it. Adding a rear lip would be good for the rear, but I don't think it'd work with the front end you currently have. Adding a spoiler would look good with a stock trunk, but not with a carbon fiber one.

i stated minus the rear visor. i don't have it on anymore. i just used that older pic as a reference.
and i think my cf trunk looks better cuz it also does not show how off my trunk is. lol

and i currently do not have these rotas anymore. i have my friend's rims on.
unfortunately my rear coilovers are maxxed to the lowest.
i can agree with about everything nofx had stated. i might just probably add a tow hook, but its like funny cuz i don't even tow anyone. as long as it looks good i guess. haha
and the mugen wing is a little too much for me and not really my style.

I think the issue is that the exhaust tip sticks out too far and makes it look unbalanced
