i would say Honda? or just go to a Junkyard and find a good set and clean them up and paint them. its what i would do
TireRack.com sells 14" steelies for $40 each, but I'd look for 15" or 16" steelies from a scion XB or XD.
You might find someone on here with a set they will sell really cheap. Post a wtb thread in the "Parts for Sale" forum, you might get some hits.
edit: that's for 4x100 though, i have no idea what bolt patten an EF has... it makes me feel kinda dumb since your name is EF_noob...
Maybe google Diamond Racing, they make some pretty cool steelies in literally all sizes for almost any application.

Idk about red pinstripe.. it's just not very noticeable. When I first painted mine people thought they where aftermarket until they got close enough to see that they are steelies, and the silver lip isn't all that difficult.
