I have a problem with These NEW door panels i purchased..
I want to re-wrap my old arm-rest fo each panel. TypeR red cloth...
I have my stock set an the new set did not come with arm rests or any covers....
Im using my OEM arm rest and covers!

My ? is how do i glue or plaster my stock arm-rest/window controls to the panel...?
the new panels i purchased need to be sealed together..
I only paid 40$ for the pair. Dark grey..!
Any help please?

take a look at how the old panels were assembled and held together , and replicated that some how.

take your old ones off, and then get some short screws with washers, then screw in the the new door panel -thumbs up-

awsome i will definately give that a shot Friday & post b4 an after pix..
Idk why i did not think to screw them back together...

The old 1's look like someone melted plastic studs together

no they come factory like that, you have to bascially break the old ones out, then you screw it back together , just make sure you use washers, and short screws,

Yeah. I think i will give the screws/washers 1st, just seem's as if they will be stronger / last longer/ and i wont have to wait on a glue to dry...My civic is my DD, so i dont have days at end on a minor project such as this....
Ill keep u all updated...

Ok so I tried using screw's an washer's for my door panels but where it looks like melted plastic taps on the back of the panels are kinda ate up from aparently the dude i got em from. Whats my next allternative for this project..?

Can anyone please help me..Its very aggrivating.

If i put screws in a couple of em ill basically be screwin thru the front of the panel...
which i dont wanna damage my old panels i painted which was gay looks real ricey. so im depresed an need your help...!

I have rewrapped 2 different sets of armrests. The short screws hold just fine. You just have to find the right length. Too long and they go through the front, to short and they won't hold. You just didn't have the right ones. Hopefully the glue will hold. Glue has a nasty habit of coming loose when it gets warm. If you make it through the warmer months coming up in the spring summer, you will be set.

Yeah, I purchase a different assortment of screw's with washer's and they way the door panels were when they came they did not wanna stay in. small, short, long, thick...etc...i glue them in pretty good, so it should hold up..if not i will try a couple screw's again threw the glue...any other suggestions..? beside's a screw or glue?
