Cop forgot to make me sign a ticket

I think signing or not signing depends on where you live and varies from state to state. we dont even get a chance to sign...they just hand it to ya. I say fight it if you can...what the hell...what else are you going to do for the afternoon?

Im curious what happened you said you had court today?? But not signing it does nothing, all signing it does is say you acknowledge you got a ticket, that is it.... Unfortunately I have had several tickets and thought the same and they don't care.... Pay it and be done.....

Okay so last week I got pulled over for doing 59 in a 40....(I know) anyway the cop was a nice dude and said I can't give you a warning cause of your speed but I'll drop it to 55 so I was like cool. Well he comes back to my car and informs me my liscence is supended so h has to right me a citation for that as well and my buddy will have o drive home. The susension came from my sr22 saying I didn't have insurance when I did so I went to the bmv and showed them the paper and she was like "okay your good to go" so I had that cleared up. Now my question when I have to go to court in the morning will they throw it out because he didn't make me sign anythng or what should I do, should I plead no guilty or no contest or guilty?

yeah just pay the ticket... when yourin court bring the ticket with you and just tell them he didnt ask for you to sign it but your there now and tryin to take care of it as an adult.... the might let slide or just lower the ticket price since he was the one who messed up, not you. thats my opinion.
