then i noticed i put an OEM processor in the cart too... that means no heatsink and fan... so i have to find a retail one.but... should be fixxed now

why not just buy something prebuilt? you'll end up spending the same amount of money or even less, and probably get a warranty. saves you a lot of headache!

I'm not spending over $100 even on a video card... or anywhere near that even. I'm not a huge pc gamer.... if $40 gets me crap, I'm fine with crap then.

I will always advise people to buy a custom built computer rather than a prebuilt one. Alot of the time it's cheaper.

Never. You never know how those parts were used before, overclocked, dropped, liquid was spilled on them. Your best would be to buy new.

You can ask them to make sure they run, but it's a gamble knowing how long it'll last after that.
