Has anyone dealt with a dude name TYLER HENRIQUES of Hellertown, PA? He has my f**king money, and he needs to either A: Send the f**king seats or B: Send me my f**king money. If not, I have is address and don't mind driving up during my christmas vacation to beat the f**k out of him for all he has.

Do you honestly think it is worth going to jail over some seats?

I can understand the frustration, but threats won't get you anywhere but in trouble. You know these outbursts on the net throwing out threats are admissible in court right?

I would suggest calming down and handling it rationally. Usually gets you farther than ruffling your feathers. Trust me.

I just want to ad that I don't know you, I don't know the guy you are referring to, and I don't know the situation. I do, however, know that violence and threats help NOTHING in situations like this.

The seats I'm talking about were being sold on Honda-Tech under the username "1994dc2". They are/were JDM ITR rears. And the transaction was about 3-4 weeks ago. Plenty of time to ship them or send my money back.

I've already tried looking up his address to find his telephone numbers, but the ones I've called are disconnected.

I know where violence and threats can get you, but in all honesty I don't give a s**t when someone has my money or property. Like I said, I understand the frustration, but regardless of the situation if you go onto his property starting stuff and throwing threats it will you that is going to get arrested, not him. Your a hot head. Calm down. It will serve you better.

If you go to his house like that, they aren't going to side with you, trust me. My old roommate is a cop and I spent a LOT of time helping him study when he was in the academy. I have read/heard of EXACT situations like you are going off about and it didn't end well for the victims when they go to someone's house to "settle it". You won't win.

In worst case scenarios people have actually even been shot for coming on properties screaming like you are claiming to go do. Let me guess, you wouldn't have a problem because you would shoot him first right? Do you even know what kind of person he is before you go storming his property? I would do some research first.

He has a bit more time. You can't open a dispute until 45 days after the payment was sent.

I NEVER buy ANYTHING off the net anymore unless it is fully documented. I will only also do it if there is paypal, google checkout, etc. No more money orders or checks. There is no way to save your butt with those anymore. You could just be s.o.l. unfortunately.

Like said before, every time you buy something off the net, especially off a forum you are risking throwing your money away. You need to do your research clear ahead of time and make sure they are verified and do the transaction through something that can be documented (like paypal). Even then you are risking it though, as there is a loop hole. Say you payed through paypal, file a dispute, and he wipes the account out before the dispute is place. Paypal WILL NOT do anything if there is no money in the account to freeze. They WILL NOT go into his actual bank account to get the money that is owed back. There needs to be funds in the paypal account to freeze for it to work on your behalf.
