I don't think it is for regular download. At least not yet anyway.

Problem that I am having with 3.10 is that it won't let me download ANYTHING. Everything was perfectly fine until 3.10 was loaded and the system rebooted. Now I can't download, I have to work magic to get the controllers to sync, and the blu ray remote won't sync at all. All I get are error messages when trying any of those 3 things.

QTE = Quick Time Event. Like in God of War when it tells you to push certain buttons while the cinematic "movies" are playing.
