i'm a bit apprehensive. how does $700 in bodywork and a busted wheel bearing translate to a $2500 drop in price?

Thats what i thought, he says debt but you never really know. Accident history or salvage doesnt bother me, i can only afford liability anyway. But assuming its all good....

i know people can be hard up for money, but $2500 is a lot to pass on, you know what i mean? i would definitely take a good look at it (maybe have a dealership tech take a look at it) before exchanging any money.

&btw he has it up as a 99 this thread says 00si had my trippin for a min.

not worth it imo, dude take it from me start with a fresh car, all these little mod's from him can turn up shitty electrical work later down the line and possibly even worse crap u wont see; get it checked out first and get an estimatefrom YOUR mechanic to see how much it is to pull the dent's out or find a nice clean solid base to start with, a Virgin. :yummy:

Looks like a thief or scammer.

In his photobucket account, he has pictures of like 7 different cars.

Its not, ive talked to a couple people who know him from local meets. From my experience (13 cars owned, alot of projects) ive noticed that you USUALLY ind good quality work with the cars that are very very clean, and problems with the cars that still look like s**t and have a swap. Thats usually tho... i wanna check it out soon. Id start wih a good base and build it myself but i dont have alot of time on my hands and need a daily. Basically my reason to start with this is its already a b-series with ac and ps. Eventually after saving i would probobly build for boost.

Just find a cheap EX with AC and power steering and swap a REAL B series in instead of that worthless B16 lol

If you think B16's are worthless then I guess you must have something REAL special under your hood huh?

I bought a EBP Si from someone who had modded it. You find alot of rigged s**t. If your going to buy an Si, find a stock one, and go from there.

Thiere is no posible way you are going to get those rear body lines to match up, fyi. I had a dent not as bad as that and my body line on the rear quarter is not lined up..

I'd rather buy a car with no modifications, that when when people ask what you have in it, you can tell them accurately.
