Civic 06-10 Steering wheel on EK3

Hello ClubCivic members,

I'm a noob on the automotive field. I just want to know:

Is posible to put the Civic 06-10 steering wheel (see the attached pix) on a Civic 96-98 E-EK3 Hatch?

If is posible, can keep the airbag, can use the cruise control?
