Guys should i trade?

Alright well i had my car up on craigslist for sale or trade because i want a 5 spd hatch or coupe.

I got this as a offer and it so happens i love this style hatch.

Dude says he got the reciepts for the brand new motor. Heres a little thing he gave me.



Hi im from youngstown, i have a 1991 red honda civic hatchback.It has a new,fully built motor with all brand new parts.I have almost all reciepts.It has a new stage two clutch,also a full exhaust with magnaflow muffler..could use some bondo body has 150K miles,though the new motor has under 90k, clutch has under5k..The car runs great its a good work car,good every say driver,4cly DOHC.I just want to get rid of it because i would rather have a coupe without the hatch, its personal preferance.

I really want it as its a dohc. I love the body style and its a 5 spd.

But i have never driven a 5 spd... I used to race quads so i got the clutch on them down so i dont think itd be too hard.

Let me know as were looking at each others rides tomorrow.

Like ours both needs some body and interior work.

I cant get the other one to work. All the body needs is some rust fixed and oem fenders. And a flat black paint job !

Im not going to bother doing a swap on my car. Not worth the time to swap it since it needs a tranny swap to and i really want a hatch back. And my friend knows this guy and said he didnt beat on it at all.

In my eyes it is a good trade to me. Cause id love a 91 hatch and there pretty rare around here.

I wouldn't trade.

Hard to find that riced out,thats with the fenders it has now and tail lights. He has the stock fenders but said they are rusty. I can fix them and throw them on. And like i said my good friend has know the guy for ever and said he didnt beat it up.

Im just going to trade,found out that half of the people on this site are JDM only and s**t. I mean its going to be my car and ill have it the way that makes me proud of what it is and i make it into. Although im not into body kits ect.
