went to BB King Blues Club last night. Had some:
-Fried pickles
-Fried catfish bites
-Barbecue/cheese nachos
-Kielbasa and cheese
-Barbecue pulled pork sandwich
-BB's Blues Brew

so last night I fried some perch up. It was shitty frozen ocean perch that was on sale at the local supermarket but it was still good. Well, the missus and I felt like havng it again so I went to the local fish market this time and bought some fresh lake perch. I fried it up and man..... it was SOOOOOO f**king good!.....
