Sub-Woofer Killed Car Battery When Car is on?

I just Installed a system in my car I did not use the system when ignition is off but only when I drive. As soon as I get to the destination and shut off car, Try to restart car and complete dead. Turns out Dead Car Battery. So my dad jumped it i unplugged my subs, went home and then started it up again to drive my girl home, and it worked fine..

this only happened to me once, but i don't want to risk it...

Some people say it's my alternator ? - it's not charging my battery, but before I put my subs in the car was fine. always started it up even left it sitting for a week straight and it just started up..

and then someone told me to buy a capacitor buy an inline fuse for the battery

what should I do?
Another said to buy Kinetik battery (other then stock)

Are your power and ignition lines crossed? Is everything wired right? Sounds like the amp is staying on even when you shut off the ignition or turn of the head unit (remote wire). Dunno just my two cents tho.

damn :/ yeah everything is wired right I really don't know I am just about to rip these things out ... I don't want to risk me being stuck somewherre..

you dont need to buy a capacitor...you only need it when your up there pushing a crapload of wattage...check the positive terminal on the battery...see if everything is all tight...sometimes when the starter cable is somewhat lose it wont have enough juice to crank the car...now if the lights turn on in your dash when the key is on the "ON" position its not a bad battery...

its not your alternator cause if its a bad one the car will die while your driving

You could need a more powerful alternator, for example in my friends ranger, he has 2 12in solo x's and he had to get a more powerful one as well due to the same problem but go to your local car audio shop and ask them just to make sure.

check if your positive wire and starter wire are all tight on the battery...i had this happen to my avalon and all i had to do was just tighten and it never gave me a problem after that

I might aswell just take them out...

probably gonna take some weight off my car, more space in the back, since i only have a hatchback, and save me trouble from this s**t happening again :/

Well the power wire connected to my battery looks like it's coming off so ill look at it tommrow.

See I want to do that but im kinda scared it's going to do it again because when i put them in I drove with them for 2 weeks

then this 3rd week i drive with it and go to get gas and boom shuts down and then dad sparks me up so i can drive it's really weird how it would just die out like that after 2 weeks of being fine...

ya or just get pretty good speakers with good Mids and Highs and get the exhaust too lol but dont get sony xplods...they literally explode...

I really want to keep my subs :/ but like im scared to drive somewhere and then im stuck in the middle of no where...

thats what the power line looks like...

anyway i could make that better?
