I seriously feel retarded right now.

A few weeks ago I was lookin for a car and got all excited about this 2000 honda civic lx with 17" rims tinted windows and perfect condition 86k miles. I thought the car was perfect and I didnt know jack s**t about civics as i do now. So I payed the guy 5400.. Now i look back and am like omg i am retarded. Idk what I can do to even make myself not feel stupid. I mean the car is excellent condition inside and out and runs flawlessless and he maintained it very well. But s**t, I payed 5400 for it.. Coulda got a f**kin Si

What I think is even worse is that. I've always been really good with money and never overpay or spend it crazy, But i just got excited and bam. 5400 for a lx


Anyways, What can i actually do to a 4door d16y7 to make it a bit faster? I know bolt-ons dont do like s**t, and a mini me swap is an option, I could also swap out for a b series. But i really don't want to bust my pockets when I'm not loaded with money.

JVC deck(150$ at best buy)
Guy only uses Royal Blue oil and a K&N filter

Yea that's what Im thinkin too, But I cant go too low because of the minnesota weather, I might hit a road glacier.

Also what can I do for suspension? I got a lot of body roll.

Get some different wheels and some oem headlights. Looks like a clean base.
