98 Civic DX Moded Harness onto 1999 Civic w/ 1997 B18C ITR

I have a 1997 Integra Type R motor which I just swapped into a 1999 Honda Civic DX. I previously had this motor in a 1998 Honda Civic. I'm coming across the problem of an extra plug for the ECU.Can anyone help me out with this? What type of harness can I use to eliminate this problem, or is there a jumper harness I can use?

Why don't you use the harness ECU you had in your other car?

It's the same harness and the same ECU, the problem lies in the vehicle. The plug that's extra come right from the chassy no the engine harness itself.
