My New Hatchie

Ok so Ive been after a EK hatchback since Ive started driving, and now I finally have one. Ive gone through a Celica ST, EG coupe, EK coupe, SR20 240sx, EG hatch, 2002 GSXR 600, CBR 954, CRX Si on boost, and now Im finally with my favorite. Its going to be a project for sure, It has its up and its down, but mainly its downs. Im in the process of dericing now, and I start the body work tommorow in auto so I plan on starting a build thread in a day or so. But Ill let the pics do the talking, let me know what you guys think good or bad. It will be alot different soon.

Oh Im keeping the wink for sure. I f**king love it. Im going to get sun visors in somehow. The only things Im really getting rid of is the cluster, gauges in the center, steering wheel, and eventually new seats.

lip needs fixing, remove the eyelids, some interior needs to be fixed up, and you gotta re-paint the wiper arms black. hopefully those were all on your to-do list for de-ricingif not...add them. otherwise its a good start man! +1 on the 99-00 front end.

Ya but the 240 and there bikes all had there share of problems. And Ill start it tomorrow or maybe a little later tonight. Probally wont be the fastest build though thats for sure.

Ya lip gets fixed with the rest of the body (+1 for being in auto body at college), and theres a complete interior rehaul coming, and wiper blades/window trim is being painted black tomorrow, and eyelids are coming off when I can find a nice pair of black housing, or might just do the block housing diy.

Ya the eyelids are going, I like the lip but not in the condition it is now. And hes not serious at all, its kinda funny hows he's bigger than the car though.

Lmao the funny thing is the first time he got in it he hit his head, and when he got out of it he fell to the floor. But on the plus when he sits in it, it tucks my right wheel
But I cant hate to much hes been my best friend since we were 3

I'm afraid of these 2 things. That first picture looks bondo'd like a mother f**ker, and the second picture is self explanatory.

I'd probably rebuild or swap the motor out asap. I understand NOS can be used safely, but judging by the rest of the car, I seriously doubt it was.

And fyi, keep your lover out of the pictures, it does nothing but make the car look worse.....

Ya Im worried about the bondo, you should see the roof
But the motor runs good, no problems. Drove four hours to get it and drove it back no problems, clutch is slipping pretty bad though. NOS is unhooked already, and Ill make sure to keep everyone updated.
And Im trying I just cant help it
