Should, but wont, Deseeding marijuanna takes a long time on a large scale process, and leaving one seed enable consumers to grow their own. You cant legalize use of a product with out first leagalizing the growth of the pant, which is what they DONT WANT YOU TO DO. Just take your ass to the artic cold of cananda, you can get high, slip down and fall b/c your high, and the gonvernment will take car of it. or jamaica, ifa you dont like the cold mon. America and legalization of weed is a no no, best chance we could of had is if George Washington smoked it, but he like chewing tobacco, so we got it instead.

NICE!which is why federal restrictions are already in place for growers, along with the license fee to grow/legally distribute. Its a 7 billion dollar industry, I believe the benefits of this trump the possibility of users growing their own plants. Growing is not a process for the faint of heart. California has been the leader of this battle for quite some time and they are working to make it 100% legal by next November.

From what i can remember california is a different story. With what the government has collected on the "study of growing counties" Breaking and entering rates has increased by 28% in one month. but they are using these figures to manipulate the numbers in order to confuse the american legistlature. yes B & E rates went up by 28%, but this wasnt by "potheads" it was by drug dealers wanting product at a cheaper rate, free. The reason for marijuana being grown in california is b/c california has seen the amount of money that can be made from the industry, and with that they proposed to set up counties where marijuanna was leagal to be grown for medical research without federal aid, but all testing would be done my federal governments.(government gets free testing supplies, wow what a break, send me a "bag of testing supplies") now their have been admendments and altercations to the "original plan" but the basis is there.Second downfall is the manipulation by "potheads" on the numbers of the industry. be real, would prices be like they are today if it wasnt illegal in the United States, yes at the current momment the figures are correct, but be honest, flood gates open, Back to lids for 10 bucks. But the point i hate to say i see most, who would America's sell the product to, who would buy our Weed? really, it being legal in most other countries, where is the market demand for Marijuanna, in America. It is a dead end, and imagine how much the government would lose if they didnt get paid from us breaking this law.

actually the legalization of marijuana is showing up on ballots all across america now. and california is not the only state that currently has legislature that allows for the medical use of marijuana, i believe there are 3 other states.
Further, if the plant is grown correctly (and the bud in a clinic always is) there are no seeds to take out. the only time you see seeds in the flower are when the plant gets stressed (ie: stress, mersh, brick weed, etc)out during its life (ie: stress, mersh, brick weed, etc none of which are medical). or if the plant was grown next to a male plant (which would be the incorrect way to grow the plant).
also maybe youve never heard of the cotton gin that eli whitney made a long long time ago. but the process of removing seeds can be done mechanically for cheap and efficiently.
oh and its a matter of a democrat being in office
marijuana will one day be legalized. its not a matter of IF anymore, its just a matter of time.
