To me it looks like the glass is broken in passenger side rear as well. Was it in a wreck? Paint jobs are expensive. You need to look at a vehicle before deciding it's value imo. I'd say they need to come down on that price with all the damage. Also, where are the "alloy rims" they advertise? All I see is steelies.

:word: I sold mine for 2k and all it needed was a front bumper...

If you want a good deal, the general rule is to buy from a private party. Dealer's jack up prices on used cars so much it's not even funny. More of a markup on average than new cars!

Go look at it and see if they are willing to give a reasonable price before you get excited about it. Yes, carfax costs money. Glass will cost less if you get it and install it yourself. Private sellers are the best choice if you're on a budget. If you do buy this, complain about the problems and offer them a super lowball price. Don't be scared to walk away, it's hard to sell a car with serious cosmetic issues. KBB is your friend.

looks like it may have been stolen at some point , with the broekn rear glass, the missing left tailight and side skirt , i would have the dealer pay for the carfax and thne gofrom there with the price and def have it put up on a lift to check for under carriage damage

A rough average for a moderate paint job by the time material cost, labor to R&I, fix some smaller dents and prep everything adds up, is approx $300 a panel. So roughly $3000 for the whole car (give or take)

I think it's too expensive, also see if the timing belt has been changed yet

by the look of that car, i would offer 800 bucks! looks like a shitbox and for 2800 , the dealer is in love with that car.

looks like an auction piece that he paid 300 for.

I paid $1000 for my HX coupe with 120,000 miles and no rust, and in Cleveland that is an anomoly. It had a dent in the passanger quarter panel, but nothing a dent puller didnt fix. Id say pass!

^^True

Seem interested and not willing to pay that price. They will eventually come down on the price knowing that someone is wanting it and i'm sure they need that money in their pocket. Bring up all that is wrong with the car, they probably wont want to fix those problems. Sure they will see the light.
