99-00 bra fitment over Si lip debate?

I have heard that the si and non-si bras are the same minus the "civic si stitching". My main concern is can a non-si full nose mask "bra" fit over an OEM Si lip? Why would a Si lip cost over $140 while a non-si lip is only $66. Something tells me there is more than just the "civic Si" stitching difference. Another, question is why are the Si bras so hard to find? Thx

Yes, I know they are discontinued. Many accessories become discontinued after new models come out. My question is why are the extremely expensive Si-bras all gone while the less expensive bras are still available? Here are three bra pics that appear to show the bra fitting over the lip.

Those are Si bras, so yes they will fit the lip

Not trying to be a d**k, but a potential seller told me the OEM "Si" full nose mask was never supposed to go over the lip. A Honda rep from south bay Honda of Milpitas told me the same thing. Here is my issue, if the regular non-SI bra was never intended to go over a lip but will, why would I buy a SI lip for $150 if I can buy a non-Si lip for $66 that can also be stretched. I have an OEM Si front lip but my car is an EX. Why should buy a used Si bra when I can buy a cheaper bra with these features: brand spankin' new, does not say Si, same fitment.

The pic GoFast posted looks fake. Compare it to the one the OP posted. The Si lettering is different and has smaller fog light holes and that looks like it doesn't have a lip on it. and that gold H emblem looks photoshopped, lol

I have seen that pic before. It does look kinda fake. I wonder if it's showing the non-Si bra with a photoshoped "civic Si" stitching. NOFX confirmed the Si bra is made to go over the lip. I still wonder how the non-Si bra is different fitment wise.
