Those don't just fall off unless it wasn't tight... Everything okay? Should be torqued pretty tight with the honda Pulley tool... time for a shinny new one! =)

Sick Build man! Looking good.

I don't think the black bumpers look ALL that bad lol considering the black and white theme... But you shoulda shaved the antenna IMO lol Are you going to paint match everything like side moldings? I think it will help a ton when it's all done...

As far as the motor man that thing is twisting a ton on the dyno! You should invest in some Innovative mounts...

Well Subscribed looks like a good build man.. Enjoy

Got a new one on order already..

I'd rather not shave the antenna.. I want everything to look OEM for the most part.

I just installed tranny torque+ac mounts as posted above in a pic... got to wait and see if they made a difference.

The bumpers will be white... these black ones are my old/beat bumpers..waiting to get my new ones painted.
Also I will NOT be paint matching anything, side mouldings, mirrors, antenna, side skirts, mud flaps are all meant to be black like I'm keeping them.

Thanks for the compliment!

I'm waiting for my crank pulley to come in.. besides it keeps snowing :(
Bumpers won't be done for a little while now.. don't want road cinders ruining them before spring gets here.

nice but ive heard from some people these can tend to unbalance the motor and make it spin a bearing if the crank isnt balanced for it from the factory or when redoing a motor

when you change from the low boost map to the high boost map it dosent change boost cut. How are you getting around this?

when you change from the low boost map to the high boost map it dosent change boost cut. How are you getting around this?

Hondata S300+boost control package:

The S300 can control boost by using a duty cycle controlled output on OBD1 ECU pin A11 with a boost control solenoid to regulate air to the wastegate.

Boost may be fixed, or varied by gear, with two settings which allow for wet/dry, pump/race gas or street tire/slicks settings to be selected with an external switch.

The ECU produces a square wave at a fixed frequency and variable duty cycle. Applied to a solenoid, the impedance of the solenoid results in a linear motion of the solenoid valve orifice.

The wastegate is normally connected so that manifold pressure acts on a diaphragm, so opening an exhaust bleed valve (the wastegate) at a certain manifold pressure. With a boost controller, additional air pressure is used on the other side ('the top') of the diaphragm, so that more manifold pressure is needed to open the wastegate - so the engine makes more boost. By varying the amount of air pressure on the 'top' side of the diaphragm with the solenoid, the ECU can control boost.

Because the solenoid can only add air pressure to hold the wastegate shut, the minimum boost is determined by the wastegate spring pressure. Therefore you need to run a spring which gives the minimum boost you want. The maximum boost is determined by many factors, but generally will be 2-4 times that of the minimum pressure.

Great build!

I just read through the whole thing, it makes me jealous, lol. It inspired me to get a job, so thanks!
