i'm going to take a look at the s2k this afternoon after i get off work (i'm on break right now). i'm really hoping the $10k asking price is not a typo. what is the kbb for a '02 s2k with 38k miles anyway? like $15+? guess i should find that out first before i go check it out

nice! yeah its not that hard. the most challenging part of learning dispatch is to develop a "radio ear". 50% of the time i sounds like the medics and firefighters are speaking a foreign language over the radio

so i went and checked out the AP1 today 
. yep it's pure fukin sex. my bank is being teh gay though and is offering a crappy rate on the loan. i'm going in the morning to another bank to get a better rate. oh yeah i talked the guy down to $9k too. it's got the typical small dings and scratches from 8 years of parking lot abuse, but nothing significant to note. i took it for a spin and it runs like new, tranny is smooth and solid, steering is tight, everything is nice and quiet. i couldnt help but notice the lack of power though, considering i'm going from about 330bhp with the civic to 240 in the AP1.. but nothing some cams and ITB's cant fix

there isnt a bank in 100 miles that will finance $8k for an 8 year old car. these mother f**kin banks piss me off like no other. they even said the car is worth $16,200 and won't finance me a meezly 8k cuz the car is older than 6 years. i'm pissed. 
so.. anyone got some ends they can loan me?

Tell the bank loan officer that both Obama and Congress demand that they give you the loan to stimulate the economy. What was the stimulus money for anyway!?! I guess the Bank wants you to stimulate the economy through the purchase of a brand new car.3 words.

Have you talked to a credit union? After my experiences with my credit union, I'll never be doing banking with a non-credit union bank.
Yeah credit unions tend to give money a little easier bc they aren't an actual bank they are a credit union.
