I was looking into some head light, not planning to get some as of rite now, and would like to knoe what the difference. Also which one does my civic have, considering mine are stock?

The LHD one would have the driverside bulb to where it does not blind a driver coming up in an opposing lane to the left, while a RHD would have the driverside bulb (on the right this time) doing the exact same since opposing lanes in a car like this would be on the right....

well it depends if your car is LHD or RHD, im assuming its LHD so yes it would have the LHD headlightsso my civic with regular stock head light is LHD?

Is your steering wheel on the right or the left of the car? If it is on the right you have RHD headlights, if it is on the left you have LHD headlights.
As ScratchNSniff said, headlights are angled away from oncoming traffic. If your steering wheel is on the left your headlights are angled to the right, if your steering wheel is on the right, your headlights are angled to the left.
