Turbo Questions

Ok guys so Ive been going over this for awhile and I need some answers and opinions. I decided I'm going to get a chipped ECU from Pherable because there located about 2 hours away from me and I'm also going to get a tune from them. I'm torn though between Ectune, Hondata s100, or Crome. I don't need many features and most of the features I do want come standard with a chipped ECU (CEL shift light, governor, 2 step). So basically I'm just looking for the cheapest but still works good. Basically it looks like its $350 for Crome (tune and all), $400 for Ectune ($50 license fee), and $545 for s100. Just wondering some peoples opinions. And also decided I'm going with a Walboro 255 lph pump, and RC 440cc saturated injectors before I even bother going to get it tuned. And my final two questions for now, when I got my new manifold I was going to take my car to an exhaust shop to have bungs added for my 02 sensors so I could get rid of my CEL. But how would this work on a turbo car since I have no catalytic converter. Anyone have any threads or pics to help me. And probably the biggest question is when I use the boomslang to go from OBD2a-OBD1 will that make me throw a CEL, if so I'm not even going to waste my money adding o2 sensors. Thanks a lot guys. More pics coming soon when I get some of the parts I ordered in XD

when i tuned my car i asked my friend to turn off all the o2 sensors so now the car doesnt even look for the o2 sensor and there are no CEL's
so im sure if you tell the tuner to turn off the sensors you wont have any CEL's either
since you just want the basics from a tune, crome or crome pro will do
